This is our first networking event of the year and we look forward to sharing our plans for 2020 with you.

We will meet at Petite Violette on February 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. for a nice dinner. Price per person is $45 and includes a salad, your choice of entrée, a dessert and coffee or tea.

Chicken “Cordon Bleu”: Chicken Breast stuffed with Poultry Ham & Swiss Cheese, served with a Lemon Butter Sauce

Trout Almandine: Fresh Trout Filets sautéed and topped with a Lemon Butter Sauce and toasted Almonds

Boeuf Bourguignon: Braised Beef Short Rib served with Whipped Potatoes, Carrots, Pearl Onions and Mushrooms in a Burgundy Sauce

Tagliatelle and Fresh Vegetables: Tagliatelle Pasta, Aspaeagus, Tomato, Mushroom, Parmesan tossed in EVOO
