This webinar will provide information on recognizing and reporting different forms of human trafficking in different institutional contexts, namely social service investigations and healthcare facilities.
Information will also be provided on implementing a human trafficking screening tool in various institutional contexts.
The goal is that community service providers are informed on recognizing and reporting human trafficking can help ensure victim safety and prevent the growth of trafficking throughout Georgia.

About the presenter
Tatiana Nigh has been involved in the anti-human trafficking movement for over a decade, researching and participating at the local level in India, Thailand, and multiple cities within the United States. Her current research focuses on successful preventative methods to combat human trafficking, particularly through targeted occupational awareness within local areas. She recently published an op-ed on human trafficking around the Super Bowl and is currently focusing her summer work on the intersection of homelessness and human trafficking.
